Bulging Liner
This might be caused by over inflation, chemicals misusage and lying under direct sun shine for a long time. If your MSpa liner is experiencing bulging we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:
Check if Liner is Overinflated
- If the manometer points white section, deflate the liner slightly to eliminate the bulging. Please be aware changes in the ambient temperature outside will cause the air inside the liner to expand or contract.
- On hot summer days we would suggest deflating the spa slightly to keep the manometer always in green section.
- On colder winter days you may notice the liner looks a little soft and needs some more air. At any time, please always keep the manometer section in green section.
Check if your Spa is in Direct Sunlight
Inflatable spas are not designed to be left in direct sunlight. This can cause the liner, which is manufactured from vinyl, to expand and bulge. It can also cause the colour to fade and the liner may become brittle over a long period of time. This is not classed as a manufacturing defect. The spa should be set up in a shaded spot, or we would suggest purchasing a spa cover, canopy or similar item to cover the spa.
