Massage Bubble Not Working
Here is a troubleshooting guide that should help to diagnose any issues you are experiencing with the massage function of your MSpa.
For Delight/Premium/Elite collection, please ensure you have turned the WHITE KNOB to OFF position for Bubble massage.
If you are experiencing the bubbles not working or there is a surge in one area of the liner or there seems weak bubbles when the bubbles are on we recommend following these steps:
1. Check air flow from pump:
To check that the pump is working correctly, disconnect the stopper caps at the bottom of the pump unit. Press the air button on the pump and check if any air flows from the air pipe (for bladder/liner inflation). If the pump is working correctly please move onto step 2.
If there is no air flow please contact our local service site for help.
2. Check if the small one-way valve screw was lifted by something:
Check if the screw on the one-way valve comes out or it was blocked by something.
If the screw comes out and air comes out as well, please contact our local service site for help.
If the screw was blocked by something, remove the object then it works fine.
3. Check massage seam of liner:
Check massage seam of liner for any tears or splits along the seam or stuck up. If you do find any please contact our local service site attaching pictures of the problem. If you are within warranty they can look into a warranty claim, or if you are no longer within warranty replacement liners can be purchased from them.
Please note: The bubbling massage function will shut down automatically after every 20 minutes of operation as a safety precaution. This can be reactivated after 10 minutes by pressing the BUBBLE button again.
