The issue may be caused by what the spa pump is sat upon.

We would advise to check and ensure the following steps or guidelines are followed on the set up for your MSpa:

• Ensure your MSpa is located on a flat, hard surface
• Ensure the pump located away from any walls
• Do not place the pump or spa on any gravel or sharp surfaces

Once you have done all the above checks and are still experiencing the issue please follow these steps:

Check if the one-way valve is clogged

If your MSpa becomes noisy or overly loud when BUBBLE in ON, this can be caused by a clogged one-way valve in the pump.

Check filter pump

If your MSpa becomes noisy or overly loud once any of the following functions is turned on

• Filter
• Heater
• UVC
• Ozone
