Not Filtering
Check if filter cartridges are dirty or damaged:
Please follow these steps:
- Remove the filter cartridges
- Check them for any dirt or dissolved parts.
- Always make sure the cartridge is clean and dry when you replace them.
- You should clean the filter cartridge after every use of the spa and change after several usages.
Check if the water inlet and outlet and debris screens are blocked:
Please follow these steps:
- Remove the filter cartridges
- The water inlet and outlet can be cleared with a toothbrush or toothpick. On all models except Lite/Comfort spa you are able to remove the water inlet and outlet cap for cleaning. You may be able to clean the cartridge base of any models from Lite/Comfort collection after removing the cartridge.
